Must have been strawberries or raspberries. Do you remember blackberry picking in the field across the street on Woodlands Avenue?
Yes, I do. I remember being sad when we lost the "trenches" and the blackberry bushes (and that crusty old hand- mix cement mixer) to the new houses.
