Sick as the deuce. May & Marion ate over home. Dr. D. came in P.M. Cried all day. Pa came over in Eve.

    Poor Ada. Probably a strep throat and no antibiotics available yet.

    Yes, step throat is what I've been thinking, too. It's painful to read about - I'm relieved when she feels better. : )
