Wednesday E. went out Very warmMay played outdoors all A.M. Went over to Mary's and downtown with May in P.M. Bought "Sir Galahad" and brought up a dress. Went home in P.M. and eve.
Note: I have no idea what Ada means by "Sir Galahad"
John's family had a print of "Sir Galahad." It was a long, narrow sepia-tone picture of a romantic looking knight and his horse. I wonder if that was it. It was popular, I believe-I've seen it in other places.

ReplyDeleteLet's try that post again!
ReplyDeleteI would have guessed "Sir Galahad" to be a nickname for some sort of clothing item or household object - but a print makes more sense.
This info sharing is so amazing.
